Architectural Review

Any exterior changes or modifications to your home require approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Examples of some of these include but are not limited to additions, pools, fences, sheds, decks, stone patios, permanent outdoor lighting, and other hardscapes. Please review the current Architectural Guidelines for specific specifications.

Architectural Review Process:

  1. Review the Architectural Guidelines.
  2. Locate a copy of your survey/site plan and draw any changes and/or modifications.
  3. Fill out the ARB application.
  4. Email a copy of your modified survey/site plan along with the completed ARB application to Jean Brackins (UPA Property Manager).
  5. Your information will be sent to all current members of the Architectural Review Board (ARB).
  6. After review, you will be notified via email.
  7. An official notification will be mailed out by the current UPA Property Manager.
